The Egyptian government portal provides services and information around the clock for 365 days a year with an uptime availability of 99.9%.
  • The portal uses the state of the art security technologies to protect citizens' personal and payment information, it also uses SSL certificate to encrypt information over the Internet.
  • The Portal is compatible with:
    • Internet Explorer v 9.0
    • Firefox 6.0.2
    • Chrome 14
    • Safari
  • The Portal is available in both Arabic & English Languages.
  • The portal’s management team welcomes any suggestions or comments related to the portal via ranking services, conducting surveys, polls, blogs and social media channels.

Citizens' complaints and suggestions

If you have any complaints or suggestions related to any of the services or content provided through the portal, please contact us through one of the following channels:
  • Please, call the short number 19468 or 19gov from 8 AM till 10 PM.
  • Go to citizens' complaints link.
  • Talk to one of citizens’ support representatives from 9 AM till 4 PM from Sunday to Thursday.
